Our Terms of Service

Please have an idea prepared for your selected commission. Any references, music or inspirations are more than  welcome! 

Respect goes BOTH ways so please be kind to your artist! Ill manners or disrespectful behaviour will NOT be tolerated & will cause immediate cancellation of your commission/order.

Prior to agreement, the commissions  usage shall be declared whether it be for personal or commercial; E.g.      Merchandise, logos, reselling or art trade, copyrights & ownership. Commercial rates will be charged at 300% of base price of commission.

We do NOT allow any artwork made by ELKENGLAIVE to be used for NFTS even if sold via commercial use. If you do so, all art will be revoked with no refund and you shall be blacklisted and further be banned from any future services with us.

All payments are to be made upfront of at least 50% prior to the commission commencing and the other 50% to be  paid upon the client deeming the work satisfactory. No art files or physical copies shall be sent/ received until full payment has been made to avoid scams.

Payments are to be made via USD or AUD, we use PayPal or direct transfers only unless discussed otherwise. An email or phone number is required to receive our invoices!

If no payment has been made upon  agreement, the process will not be started, failure or refusal to complete      any payments will result in immediate cancellation of the commission and any paid amount prior will not be refunded to cover the time already taken to create the artwork.

We are LGBTQ+ friendly! We don’t tolerate discrimination.

ID of 18+ is required for all NSFW requests, if no ID is supplied the commission will be refused as we do NOT sell explicit content to minors.

If you wish to share our art online, please reference us as the creators or tag us! A personal commission does NOT entitle you to claim ownership of being the creator or copyrights of the artwork. Copyright claims are only given if purchased via commercial means.

As our client we request you to read  through and agree to sign a copy of our Terms of Service so both parties are aware of the agreed upon terms. a signature & date are required. This is to legally cover both client and artist from any scamming.
